1. About these terms
These terms describe the use of the Ivontra website and the ordering of products through it. Ivontra is operated by Hangzhou Wanying Weilai Technology Co., Ltd., with Ye Weijian identified as Owner. Read these terms together with the product information, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order. The individual policies provide more detailed explanations of their subjects. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force even when a provision of these terms would otherwise suggest a narrower remedy. If you do not understand a product detail or an order condition that is important to your decision, contact service@ivontra.com before purchasing. Do not assume that a general photograph or a short summary replaces the full written information.
2. Lawful use and accurate information
Use the website for lawful browsing, enquiries, and purchases. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and ensure you are entitled to use any payment method submitted at checkout. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not authorized to use, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems. If an account is offered, keep your login information private and notify us of a concern affecting an order or your information. Do not email passwords or complete payment card numbers to support. These restrictions protect ordinary website operation and do not prevent legitimate complaints, reviews, or the exercise of a consumer right.
3. Product information and images
Product pages describe the item offered and the information available for it. Images illustrate appearance and possible use settings; props in a scene are not included unless the listing expressly says so. Screen settings, lighting, and photography can affect apparent color and scale. Do not infer a measurement, material, included component, cutting capacity, certification, or tested performance from an image when it is not stated. 4. Choosing and using garden tools
Choose a tool according to the task, the available working space, and the information on its product page. A hand gardening tool is not automatically suitable for hard ground, large branches, buried services, or professional work. Check for hazards and use appropriate protection. Follow any instructions provided with the item, inspect it before use, and stop if a handle, blade, joint, or other part appears damaged or unsafe. Keep sharp and pointed tools away from children and pets. General care and gardening articles offer practical orientation; they do not replace product-specific instructions or expert advice for hazardous work. 5. Prices, currency, and checkout
Review the currency, item price, discounts, shipping charge, applicable tax, and final order total shown at checkout before completing payment. Our intended store pricing and stated shipping policy use USD. A bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charge when your account uses another currency; ask that provider about its terms. Available payment options are those actually offered at checkout, and we do not promise a particular service through these terms. A promotion applies only under its stated conditions. Free standard shipping uses the discounted merchandise subtotal, so a discount that reduces that subtotal below the threshold can change the shipping charge. Contact us before payment if the displayed total appears inconsistent with the published information.
6. Orders, confirmation, and availability
An order requires the information and payment steps presented at checkout. Keep the confirmation and order reference so that support can identify the purchase. Availability and order details may need review, especially if information is incomplete or an error is discovered. We do not promise that a cart reservation guarantees stock indefinitely or that an enquiry reserves an item. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order as agreed, we will explain the situation and provide the cancellation or refund choices required by applicable law. We will not treat a different item as an automatic substitute without an appropriate basis and communication. The status of an item should be checked through your order information rather than assumptions based on a promotional scene.
7. Changes and cancellations
Email service@ivontra.com promptly to request a change or cancellation, giving the order number and precise details. We must check the stage of preparation and dispatch before confirming what is possible. Sending a message does not by itself amend or cancel an order, and a dispatched parcel may no longer be editable. Do not send multiple conflicting address instructions through different channels without clarifying which is current. If a change cannot be made, we explain the next available steps, which may involve the Return Policy. These practical limits do not remove any mandatory right to cancel or obtain a remedy under the law that applies to the transaction.
8. Delivery planning and shipping
Our intended delivery destination is the United States. Standard preparation is estimated at 5–10 business days after confirmation and receipt of needed information. Standard carrier transport is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch, giving a combined standard planning window of 15–25 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Standard shipping is $5.99 USD below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50 USD and free at $50 USD or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 USD and does not remove preparation time; no unconfirmed expedited arrival date is guaranteed. Where shipment is delayed, the information and choices required by applicable law remain available.
9. Returns and refunds
Contact us within 30 days after receipt to request an ordinary return. For a change of mind, keep the item unused and retain packaging, accessories, and purchase information. Obtain instructions before posting it to the registered default return address in Hangzhou. Buyer-paid return postage applies to personal preference returns; damaged, defective, or incorrect item cases are assessed on their circumstances and applicable rights. After receipt of a return, we inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank posting can take additional time. The Return Policy provides the complete process, including original shipping charges, exchanges, and issue reports. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Website content and intellectual property
Website text, original visual material, branding, and design elements are protected as applicable by intellectual property law. You may use the site to browse and consider purchases, retain your own order information, and exercise legal rights. Do not copy or distribute material in a way that infringes rights or falsely suggests an affiliation with Ivontra. Third-party names and services remain subject to their respective rights. Links to outside websites are provided for their identified purpose; their content, operation, and terms are controlled by those providers. Review a third party’s terms and privacy information before supplying data or relying on a service. A link does not transfer responsibility for every outside statement to Ivontra.
11. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy describes the information involved in browsing, ordering, customer service, and available privacy choices. Shopify hosts the store and provides services used to operate it. An order may require information to be shared with payment, delivery, and other providers for the relevant purpose. Do not submit another person’s information without an appropriate basis. Marketing messages, where offered and subscribed to, are distinct from necessary order or service communications. Use an available unsubscribe link for marketing and contact support for privacy requests. A request may require proportionate verification to protect the information concerned. These terms do not require consent to optional marketing as a condition of raising an order issue.
12. Problems, liability, and consumer protections
If a product or order does not meet the information provided, contact us with the order reference and a clear description so that we can review the facts. We do not exclude liability or remedies where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Any limitation must be interpreted subject to those protections. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that external carrier information will update continuously. A website interruption does not cancel an existing obligation owed to you. Use tools safely and for their intended purpose, but do not interpret general safety guidance as a waiver of a valid claim relating to an item or our service.
13. Governing law, updates, and contact
Subject to mandatory protections available in your place of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes addressed through the competent courts at the company’s location where legally permitted. This clause does not deprive consumers of non-waivable rights or a forum that applicable law requires. We may update website terms to reflect changes in the service or information. The terms and mandatory rights relevant to an existing order are not erased by a later website edit. Keep a copy of the information you relied on when ordering.
