Privacy Policy

Ivontra · Garden with intention

1. Who is responsible for store information

This Privacy Policy explains how Ivontra handles personal information in connection with the store, website, orders, and customer support. Ivontra is operated by Hangzhou Wanying Weilai Technology Co., Ltd. Our contact for privacy enquiries is service@ivontra.com, and our registered address is Room 2-703, No. 568 Taiming Street, Xinjie Subdistrict, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Ye Weijian is identified as Owner. The policy is effective October 15, 2026. Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked to a person, subject to applicable legal definitions. Information that has been properly anonymized so that it cannot reasonably identify a person is treated differently. Read this policy alongside the choices actually available in the store and the privacy information provided by services you use.

2. Information you provide directly

When you place an order or contact us, the information involved may include your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, order details, and the content of your message. If an account or a form is available and you choose to use it, we receive the information entered for that function. A return or delivery enquiry may include photographs of an item, packaging, or a shipping label. Send only what is necessary to explain the issue, and avoid including unrelated people or private documents in a photograph. Do not email account passwords, full payment card numbers, or identity documents in an initial support request. If additional verification is genuinely needed, we explain the purpose and seek only information proportionate to the request.

3. Order and payment-related information

An order creates records such as purchased items, prices, discounts, shipping service, tax where applicable, transaction status, and order or payment references. Payment information is handled through the checkout services and payment providers made available for the transaction. The exact details processed depend on the option you use and that provider’s service. We do not ask you to send full payment card details to our support email and do not represent that every field entered in checkout is directly visible to our staff. We use relevant transaction status and references to manage orders, resolve payment questions, address fraud, and process approved refunds. Your payment provider may process information independently under its own privacy terms, including for its legal, security, and account obligations.

4. Technical and browsing information

When you access the website, technical information may be processed to deliver pages and maintain the service. This can include device and browser characteristics, IP address, approximate location inferred from technical information, pages viewed, navigation events, referral information, and the time of an interaction. Cookies or similar technologies can remember a session, cart, preference, or consent choice and support other enabled functions. The information available depends on the technologies actually active, your browser, and the choices applicable to the visit. We do not assume that a listed category means every type is collected from every visitor. Browser controls may allow you to remove or restrict cookies, although doing so can affect shopping functions or the persistence of a preference.

5. Sources of information

We obtain information directly from you, from the device and browser used to visit the store, and from service providers involved in the relevant activity. For example, a checkout service can provide a transaction result, a carrier can provide tracking information, and Shopify can provide information needed to operate the storefront and manage an order. Where another person supplies a delivery address for a gift or another authorized purpose, the information may have come from that person. We ask users not to supply information they are not entitled to provide. If we receive an enquiry about an order, we may compare it with the existing order record to locate the transaction and avoid disclosing it to the wrong person.

6. Purposes for using information

We use relevant information to operate the storefront, maintain a cart or account where available, process and manage orders, arrange delivery, provide tracking, handle returns, issue approved refunds, and respond to questions. Information also helps us investigate a technical problem, identify suspected misuse, protect the store and its users, maintain appropriate records, and comply with legal obligations. Where permitted and where the service is enabled, information may support improvements to the shopping experience and communications you have chosen to receive. We consider the purpose and context of an interaction rather than assuming that all information can be used for any reason. A privacy enquiry is used to evaluate and respond to that enquiry, including verification where needed.

7. Marketing and advertising choices

If marketing communications are offered and you subscribe or another lawful basis applies, we may use the relevant contact information for those messages. You can use an available unsubscribe link or contact service@ivontra.com to ask about marketing preferences. An unsubscribe request does not stop necessary communications about an existing order, a refund, an account issue, or a privacy request. Advertising or audience-related processing depends on the actual services enabled and the applicable choices; this policy does not claim that a particular advertising pixel or optional data sharing feature has been activated. If a native advertising or data sharing choice is presented to you, follow the instructions for that control. You can also ask us how the available choices relate to your circumstances.

8. Providers and disclosures

We share information as reasonably needed with providers that support the relevant operation, such as Shopify for hosting and store services, payment providers for checkout transactions, carriers and fulfillment providers for delivery, and technical or customer support providers for the functions they perform. The specific information shared depends on the task; a delivery provider needs different information from a service handling a technical error. We may also disclose information when legally required, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not describe every recipient as acting in the same legal role. Some providers process information independently under their own notices and legal obligations.

9. Relationship with Shopify

The store is hosted on Shopify, which processes information to provide and support its services. Information submitted through the storefront or checkout may be transmitted to Shopify and providers involved in those functions. Shopify may also process information for its own purposes as described in its notices and according to the features and settings that apply. The fact that Shopify hosts this store does not mean that every optional Shopify feature is enabled. For information about Shopify’s processing and available rights, review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal. Requests about information controlled by Shopify may need to be directed to Shopify through the appropriate channel, while we remain available for enquiries about our own store records.

10. Cookie and native privacy controls

Privacy controls can vary by region, browser, and the actual store configuration. A cookie banner or native data sharing opt-out page, when made available for a visit, provides the choices described in that interface. A regional setting for one control is not a statement that the control is shown to every United States visitor or that optional data sharing has been switched on. We do not promise a universal banner or a particular browser signal response without the relevant function being supported. Use the controls presented to you, review the Your Privacy Choices page, or contact us for assistance. Your browser may separately offer cookie management or tracking-related settings; those controls are managed by the browser provider.

11. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose, taking account of order fulfillment, returns, customer support, legal recordkeeping, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and other applicable obligations. Different records can have different retention needs; an unresolved return request may need supporting records even after an ordinary browsing session has ended. We do not publish a single retention period that incorrectly treats all information alike. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no website, storage method, or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your own credentials confidential, use care with messages that claim to relate to an order, and contact us if you suspect misuse involving our store.

12. Access, correction, deletion, and other rights

Depending on your location, the information, and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of certain processing, objection, or choices concerning targeted advertising or sharing. These rights may have conditions and exceptions. For example, a legal recordkeeping duty or an unresolved transaction can affect whether a record can be deleted immediately. To make a request, email service@ivontra.com with a clear description and enough information to identify the relevant account or order without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. We review requests under the law that applies and explain relevant limitations. We do not require a purchase or a marketing subscription to receive a privacy enquiry.

13. Verification, agents, and responses

Before disclosing, changing, or deleting information, we may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned or an appropriately authorized representative. Verification should be proportionate to the sensitivity and scope of the request. An authorized agent may need to provide evidence of authority, and we may need to confirm the request with the individual as permitted by law. We use information supplied for verification for that purpose and related security needs, rather than asking for unrelated details. Response timing follows applicable legal requirements; if clarification or a lawful extension is needed, we explain it. If you disagree with our response, contact us to explain the concern and ask about any appeal or complaint process that applies.

14. Children and information about others

The store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children below the age at which they may lawfully provide it for the relevant activity. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied information can contact us so that we can review the circumstances and take appropriate steps. Do not create an account or submit an order using a child’s information unnecessarily. Similarly, when you provide information about another person, such as a recipient for an authorized delivery, limit it to what is needed and ensure you have an appropriate basis to supply it. We do not treat an order contact as blanket permission to send optional marketing to an unrelated recipient.

15. International processing and outside links

Our company is located in China, the business contact address is in Hong Kong, and Shopify and other providers may process information in additional countries. Information may therefore be transferred or accessed across borders to operate the service. Applicable protections and transfer requirements depend on the information, locations, and law involved. We do not claim that a particular legal transfer mechanism applies to every provider and circumstance without that basis. External links take you to services that have their own terms and privacy practices. Read those notices before providing information or using their features. Our inclusion of a link does not make this policy control the outside service’s processing.

16. Updates, complaints, and contact

We may revise this policy when our practices, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version, and we provide additional notice where required by law. A later edit does not remove rights concerning information already processed. For a question or complaint, email service@ivontra.com and describe the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the information and respond through an appropriate channel. Depending on applicable law, you may also have the right to contact a competent data protection authority or another regulator. Keep a copy of your request and our response so that the issue can be understood clearly if further review is needed.
